My mission
Elevate the Standard of Care.
The standard of care
Tagge Health
Twelve minutes with a doctor watching the screen, not you.
Our visits end when your questions do.
You message the portal about something that worries you. Days later, a stranger replies.
You text me, and I answer. That’s concierge.
A different doctor for every part of you, all of them looking for disease.
One physician, looking for health.
“Your labs are normal. See you next year.”
Normal means no disease yet. I compare your labs to optimal ranges, then work on the metabolism underneath, slowing the damage that drives aging.
The system is there for when you are sick.I’m here to keep you healthy.
Real medicine, the old-fashioned way, backed by cutting-edge science.
Our first visit
It starts with your whole story.

Hi, I’m Daniel Tagge. Third-generation physician, husband, father. I trained at MUSC, finished residency at Carolinas Medical Center, and spent years inside a system that never gave me the time to actually help my patients.
So I left and started my own practice.
By the end, you understand what is going on in your body. For most people, it is the first time they have had clarity about their health.
Our first visit runs deep. You talk first and I listen, start to finish, with no screen between us. Then we build one plan, personalized to you.
The plan you take home
Plain English, built from your chemistry, and rewritten as your results come in. It comes home with you, and it is yours to keep.
I make house calls
Your life happens at home.
So your medicine should too.
Your doctor has never seen the place where your health actually happens. You spend most of your hours inside these walls. The air you breathe, the light in your bedroom, the water you drink, the food in your fridge and pantry. All of it shapes how you feel more than anything I could measure in an office.
So I come to you. You are at ease in your own home, there is no waiting room and nowhere to drive, and I see in an hour what a chart could never tell me. The plan I write is built for the life you live in, not a hypothetical one.
Your environment is data.
My training
I see the whole person.
Most physicians train in one discipline. I keep adding them.
“The work he does is a different category of medicine. If you're tired of being told everything looks fine, or you know your health could be better, start here.”

Start where you are. I’ll meet you there.
Consultation
One visit
If you want one careful look at where your health stands, start here. Your records reviewed in full before we meet, an unhurried visit at your kitchen table or by video, and a written plan you keep.
What a consultation coversDeep Dive
Two visits with testing
If you want to know what is actually happening in your body, this is how we find out. Metabolism, hormones, nutrients, and gut. I come to you for the intake, help with the sample collection, and interpret every result myself. Then we sit down together with your plan and protocol.
