The Care Experience

Elevate the Standard of Care.

  • Twelve minutes with a doctor watching the screen, not you.

Our visits end when your questions do.

  • You message the portal about something that worries you. Days later, a stranger replies.

You text me, and I answer. That's concierge.

  • A different specialist for every symptom, with no one coordinating the whole, focused on disease.

One physician who takes responsibility for the whole picture, focused on your health.

  • “Your labs are normal. See you next year.”

Normal just means no disease yet. I look under the hood to find the metabolic damage driving aging.

The system is there for when you are sick.I’m here to keep you healthy.

Real medicine, the old-fashioned way, backed by cutting-edge science.

The science of healthspan

Aging in three words.1.Metabolism2.Damage3.Pathology

Aside from congenital conditions, nearly every threat you face is a disease of aging. Yet most medicine waits to intervene at the end of this chain, treating pathology after it occurs. I work at the beginning. By measuring and correcting your metabolism, I slow the accumulation of cellular damage before it hardens into disease.

Focus on healthspan, because longevity is its echo.

Our clinical approach

My commitment to you

Clean recommendations, in writing.

The Health Fiduciary Standard

When I recommend something, it’s because you need it, not because I make money on it.

How care begins

A relationship, not a transaction.

01

Start with a conversation

Schedule an introductory call to discuss your goals and see whether the relationship is a fit. No obligation. No purchase required.

02

Tell me your story

Complete a guided intake and share your health history, existing records, and any labs you already have.

03

I prepare before we meet

I review your history and available information before your initial home visit, so our time together focuses on you rather than paperwork.

04

We work together over time

Your membership continues with quarterly reviews, direct physician access, appropriate primary care, and a plan that evolves with your results.

Our first visit

It Starts with Your Story

Dr. Daniel Tagge reviewing lab results with a patient at their kitchen table

Hi, I’m Daniel Tagge. I am a board-certified physician, a husband, and a father. I trained at MUSC, completed my residency at Carolinas Medical Center, and spent years inside a healthcare system that never gave me the time to actually help my patients. So I left to build a practice that does. Our first visit is unhurried — you talk, I listen, with no screen between us. By the end, you will understand exactly what is happening inside your body.

Clinical foundations

One physician. Multiple lenses.

Most physicians train in one discipline. I keep adding them.

“The work he does is a different category of medicine. If you’re tired of being told everything looks fine, or you know your health could be better, start here.”
