One physician who knows you, and keeps you well.
Concierge longevity medicine from a board-certified family physician certified in Health Optimization Medicine. I care for a small number of patients at home across the Charlotte metro and by video across North Carolina, following their health over years, not visits.

Your physician
Medicine starts with listening.
I’m Daniel Tagge, a board-certified family physician. My parents are both surgeons, and both of my grandfathers were doctors. I built this practice because conventional medicine rarely gave me enough time to understand the person behind the chart.
Here, you talk and I listen. I have already read your history, and there is no screen between us. We start with what matters to you and what deserves attention first.
My commitment
Your health should guide my recommendations, not financial incentives.
- My fee is for my medical care. No commissions or rebates, and no markup on testing, medications, or supplements.
- You see third-party costs before you decide.
- If I don’t think something is worth doing, I will tell you.
From patients
I came to Daniel after trying everything. He found bottlenecks in my metabolism that nobody had even looked for. The work he does is a different category of medicine.
Questions
Frequently asked questions.
You start by applying. It takes a few minutes and nothing medical, and I read every application myself and follow up with you after review. If we are a good fit, care begins with the Precision Health Assessment: one thorough physician review of your history, your records, and your goals, a visit, and a written Precision Health Plan. Afterward I recommend the right next step. Ongoing care is one of the possibilities, not a foregone conclusion.
