Patient Responsibilities

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur fees
• No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
